Uploading a certificate does not make an account tax-exempt. Certificates are reviewed by SUSO: submitted, under review, approved, or needs information.

New accounts start as PENDING APPROVAL and prepaid. Net terms are granted per account after review. We do not sell or share your details.

Who should apply

Retailers, chains and distributors buying by the case: candy and gift shops, convenience and grocery, specialty and online retailers. Existing stockists use the activation link from their rep.

Freight, minimums and pricing

Orders under 10 cases ship freight prepaid and added to the invoice; pallet orders ship freight collect or quoted.
Minimum order: one master case (Squeeze case of 96 tubes or Gummy case of 80 packs). Any account minimum beyond that is confirmed with your price list.
Your wholesale pricing and price list arrive on approval, within two business days.

What happens next

Your application reaches the SUSO Wholesale team right away.
Review within two business days: business, channel and resale documentation.
Approved accounts receive sign-in details, their price list and a SUSO rep.
Approved accounts order online through the SUSO wholesale portal: catalog or quick order, PO and ship-to on every order.

How approval works

Every account starts prepaid. Pricing tier, payment terms and display eligibility are set by SUSO after review and appear on your dashboard. Net terms are granted on credit review, never automatically.
